No doubt Michael was shocked to see Rassendyll impersonating the king at the coronation. Though he wanted to, he could not open his mouth about Rassendyll’s impersonation; he knew that if he did so Rassendyll would tell all his secrets to the People.

When Rassendyll were the King’s clothes and went to Strelsau every one look him to be the real king. At the coronation and on other occasions Rassendyll was taken as the king.

In such and atmosphere it is very difficult for a woman character to play role in the novel. This is the reason that the none of the woman Characters of the novel are fully drawn even the princess Flavia, lady Mauban and countess Helga are also no exceptions. Their characters are only partially drawn neither of the women character are full fledge woman. They are drawn in sections and behave like their counter parts in actual life. It is therefore agreed that the writer has been more faithful to the Male Characters in the Prisoner of Zenda
